of the Wills Records of Frederick county.
76. To the bequest of $326.25 to the Trustees of St. Luke's
Lutheran Church of Frederick county, contained in the last will
and testament of Harriet L. Culler, bearing date May 4th,
1907, and recorded in Liber W. B. C. No. 2, folio 445, etc., one
of the Wills Records of Frederick county.
77. To the bequest of $130.50 to the Trustees of St. Paul's
Lutheran Church of Jefferson, of Frederick county, Maryland,
contained in the last will and testament of Harriet L. Culler,
deceased, bearing date May 4th, 1907, and recorded in Liber
W. B. C. No. 2, folio 445, one of the Wills Records of Fred-
erick county.
78. To the bequest of $130.50 to the Trustees of the Fred-
erick Presbyterian Church contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Harriet L. Culler, deceased, bearing date of May 4,
1907, and recorded in Liber W. B. C. No. 2, folio 445, one of
the Wills Records of Frederick county.
79. To the bequest of $200,00 to the Old Bethel Church of
Clarke county, Virginia, contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Harriet S. Culler, deceased, bearing date May 4, 1907,
and recorded in Liber W. B. C. No. 2, folio 445, etc., one of the
wills records of Frederick county.
80. To the sale, grant and deed of the Mount Washington
Realty Company to the Sisters of Mercy, in the City of Balti-
more, of a parcel of land in Mount Washington, in Baltimore
county, more particularly described in said deed which is dated
January 3rd, 1910, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore county, in Liber W. P. C. No. 356, folio 183.
81. To the sale, grant and deed of Omer F. Hershey et al.
to the Sisters of Mercy, in the City of Baltimore, of a parcel
of land in Baltimore county, more particularly described in said
deed which is dated October 9 and recorded among the Land
Kecords of Baltimore county in Liber W. P. C. No. 352, folio
130.
82. To the sale, grant and deed of Joseph C. Townsend
and others to the Sisters of Mercy in the City of Baltimore
of a tract of land in Baltimore county more particularly de-
