PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, ESQ., GOVERNOR. 1181

Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2692,
folio 301, to the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church
of the Diocese of Maryland, and to the acquisition by the said
Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese
of Maryland of the property conveyed by said deed and the
holding, selling, mortgaging or otherwise disposing of the same.

20. To the bequest of five hundred dollars as contained in
the last will and testament of William T. Jones of William,
deceased, to the Vestry of St. Peter's Parish in Montgomery
county, for the purpose therein stated, said will being recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of said Montgomery county
in Will Book H. C. A. No. S, folio 381.

21. To the gifts, bequests and devises as contained in the
last will and codicils of Susan Asnath Harwood to the Boys'
School of St. Paul's Parish, to the Vestry of St. Paul's Church
in Baltimore County and to the Vestry of All Saint's Parish
in Calvert county, which will and codicils are recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills.
Liber H. W. J. No. 110, Folio 1, etc.

22. To the bequest as contained in the last will and testa/
ment of Octavia Williams Bates, deceased, recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills, Liber
H. W. J. No. 109, folio 197, of $5,000.00 to the First Inde-
pendent Christ Church (correct title "First Independent
Church of Baltimore City").

23. To the bequest to the German Evangelical Lutheran St.
Martin's Church of Annapolis, Maryland, as contained in the
last will and testament of Louise Kruger, late of Anne Arun-
del county, Maryland.

24. To the deed from John H. Washington and Emma C-
Washington to the Trinity African Methodist Episcopal Church
of Baltimore City, dated February the 9th, 1911, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 2638, folio 216, etc.

25. To the deed from the Baltimore City Missionary and
Church Extension Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church
of Baltimore City to the Trustees of the Walbrook Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, dated November 1st, 1910,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber R O. 1874, folio 350, etc.

26. To the deed from William H. Abbott and wife to the
Trustees of the Walbrook Methodist Episcopal Church of Balti-
more City, dated March 21st, 1905, and recorded among the
