PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, ESQ., GOVERNOR. 1151

WHEREAS, Elizabeth C. Murray was assessed upon said books
on two thousand ($2,000) dollars of Baltimore City Stock
for the years 1903 to 1910, both inclusive, and paid the
State taxes to the county treasurer of Anne Arundel county,
amounting to $28.90, which said several sums were paid into
the State Treasury by the county treasurer of Anne Arundel
county aforesaid,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby
directed to draw his warrant upon the treasurer in favor of
Alice N. Murray for $31.40 in favor of Margaret C. Murray
for $31.40 and in favor of Elizabeth C. Murray or $28.90,.
being the amount of State taxes erroneously paid by them. The
refunding of which has received the recommendation of the
treasury officials, and the treasurer is hereby directed to paid
said sums, respectively, to the said Alice N. Murray, Margaret
C. Murray and Elizabeth C. Murray out of any moneys in the
treasury, not otherwise appropriated,,.

SEC.'2. And be it enacted, Tkat this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 701.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter 466
of the Acts of 1910, entitled "An Act to regulate the sale
and use of tuberculin, etc."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That all tuberculin, mallien or other biological products
used for the testing or immunizing of animals sold, given away
or used within the State shall bear a label, stating the name and
address of the person, firm or institution making it, and the
date of its preparation.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all persons selling
or giving away any of the above mentioned products shall
report monthly to the director of the State Laboratory for Bio-
logical Products the amount of each sold or given away, the
degree of strength of same, the name and address of the person
to whom sold or given, and the date of delivery. Said report
shall include the address of and be signed by the person making
the report.
