CHAPTER 693.
AN ACT to regulate the building of dwelling houses in that sec-
tion of Baltimore City embraced within the following lines:
Beginning at the intersection of the western city boundary
and Forest Park avenue, and running thence easterly along
Forest Park avenue to Garrison avenue; thence southerly
along Garrison avenue to Duvall avenue; thence westerly
along Duvall avenue to the western city boundary, and thence
northerly to the place of beginning.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That no dwelling house shall be erected within that sec-
tion of Baltimore City embraced within the following lines:
Beginning at the intersection of the western city boundary and
Forest Park avenue, and running thence easterly along Forest
Park avenue to Garrison avenue; thence southerly along Garri-
son avenue to Duvall avenue; thence westerly along Duvall ave-
nue to the western city boundary, and thence northerly to the
place of beginning, unless the same is constructed as a separate
and unattached building; and if such dwellings are of frame
construction they shall be at least twenty feet apart, and if of
stone or brick construction they shall be at least ten feet apart.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 694.
AN ACT to repeal section 45 of Article 10 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Cam-
bridge," as amended by Chapter 233 of the Acts of 1910,
section 46, as amended by Chapter 81 of the Acts of 1910;
sections 47 and 56 as amended by Chapter 339 of the Acts
of 1900; sections 48, 49, 52, 53, 55, 57, 58 and 60, as
amended by Chapter 395 of the Acts of 1904, and section
59, as amended by Chapter 470 1/2 of the Acts of 1906, and
by Chapter 233 of the Acts of 1910, all being sections of
said Article 10, title and sub-title as aforesaid, and to enact
in the place and stead of and as substitutes for said sections,
repealed as aforesaid, the following as sections of said Article
10, title and sub-title as aforesaid, to wit: Sections 45, 46,
