pertaining to licenses

The 1957 Session of the General Assembly amended Section 61A of Article 56 to require that
Special Retailer's Cigarette Licenses be issued by the Clerks of the Circuit Courts in the Counties and
the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas in Baltimore City
