I herewith submit the following report of the License Inspectors of the State of Maryland for
the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1956, and ending June 30, 1957

The total result of the inspection of licenses over the State of Maryland for the fiscal year 1956-57
amounted to $99,135 10 Of this amount $49,169 08 was collected in the counties, and $49,966 02
was collected in Baltimore City The net amount of penalty collected in the counties amounted to
$20,749 68 and the net amount of penalty collected in Baltimore City amounted to $15,166 02

The following is the list of the various kinds of licenses found to be necessary by the State License
Inspectors in the counties and Baltimore City, and which had not been secured
