All counties, except Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's, were covered by the Inspectors. These
three Counties will be investigated early in the fiscal year 1955.
The Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas, Baltimore, and the Clerks of the Courts throughout the
State have gjven us splendid co-operation in administering the license laws, and in all matters pertaining
to licenses.
The undersigned became Chief License Inspector on April 7th, 1954. Mr. M. A. Powers, the
former Chief License Inspector, was retired effective April 1st, 1954.
Respectfully submitted,
EDWARD J. DYAS,
Chief Inspector State Licenses.
