LOTTERIES, Relating to, in the State of Mary-

land,

The State lottery commissioners shall

take all the grants of lotteries now exist-

ing, the commissioners of which shall

within six months acquiese in the provis-

ions of this act, and draw the lotteries or

dispose of the schemes, in the same man-

ner as State schemes, until they raise

the amount, clear of expenses, for which

such grants were made, and pay over the

same to said commissioners.
