SALT. CITY— Treasurer directed to issue stock of

   

the State, to the representatives of, for

   

the amount, not however to exceed $4000

   

with interest thereon from July 1812,

the proceeds and residue of the fund set

   

apart by act of present session, to indem-

   

nify the sufferers by riots in the city of

   

Baltimore, which fund is set appart and
