1835. RESOLUTIONS. _____ each of the State Armories, condemned and totally unfit for service, and not worth repair, and will be wholly lost to the State if not disposed of at public auction:— Therefore, Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That, the Governor and Council be, am! they are hereby authorised to cause to he disposed of at public auction, under the superintendance of the respective armorers, upon the most advantageous terms, at such times and places us the Adjutant General shall direct, all such military stores us he may deem expedient, and that the proceeds of the sales be paid into the treasury of the State, to be appropriated as to thte legislature may seern proper.
