RESOLUTIONS.

 

ton, who was the wi'Jovv of Captain John Jordon, in

 

quarterly payments, during her life a sum of money equal

 

to the half pay of a Captain in consideration of the

 

services rendered by her said husband, during the re-

 

volutionary war.

Passed Jan,27 1836

Resolution in favor of Samuel Garey and John E.

 

Carey.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to Samuel

 

Garey and John E. Carey, out of any unappropriated

 

money in the Treasury, the sum of two hundred and

 

seven dollars, being the amount paid by them to said

 

Treasurer as auction duties, on the sale of certain real

 

estate, which sale afterwards proved invalid.

Passed February 27

Resolution in favor of James S. Morsell.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to James S,

 

Morsell, of Calvert county, out of any unappropria-

 

ted money in the Treasury, the sum of twenty-five dol-

 

lars and eighty-seven cents, being the amount paid by

 

said Morsell, as recognisance forfeited at October-

 

term of Calvert county court, in the year eigh-

 

teen hundred and thirty-three, in the case of the

 

State of Maryland, vs. Covington Fowler, and after-

 

wards remitted by the Executive of Maryland.

Passed March 6

Resolution requiring the Librarian of the State, to per-

 

form certain duties herein mentioned.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the librarian furnish the judges of the orphan's court,
