Carey.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
|
 
|
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to Samuel
|
 
|
Garey and John E. Carey, out of any unappropriated
|
 
|
money in the Treasury, the sum of two hundred and
|
 
|
seven dollars, being the amount paid by them to said
|
 
|
Treasurer as auction duties, on the sale of certain real
|
 
|
estate, which sale afterwards proved invalid.

Resolution in favor of James S. Morsell.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
|
 
|
the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to James S,
|
 
|
Morsell, of Calvert county, out of any unappropria-
|
 
|
ted money in the Treasury, the sum of twenty-five dol-
|
 
|
lars and eighty-seven cents, being the amount paid by
|
 
|
said Morsell, as recognisance forfeited at October-
|
 
|
term of Calvert county court, in the year eigh-
|
 
|
teen hundred and thirty-three, in the case of the
|
 
|
State of Maryland, vs. Covington Fowler, and after-
|
 
|
wards remitted by the Executive of Maryland.
