CHAP. 66.

SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That nothing in this act

shall be so construed as to confer any banking privi-

 

leges on the said company, nor the right to issue any

 

note in the nature of a bank note.

 

SEC. 13. And be it enacted, That this act shall he,

WHEREAS, some sections of the county are very

to great inconvenience, and the compensation not

 

adequate to the labor performed in the delivering over

 

to the jailor, persons committed: — Therefore.

 

SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly

act all Constables in Worcester county, shall be enti-

 

tled to receive in addition to the fifty cents now allow-

 

ed, six and a fourth cents for each mile travelled in
