An additional supplement to an act incorporating the

nnapolis and Potomac Canal Company.

Executive required

Be it enacted by the General Alssembly of Maryland,

immiately to appoint commis-

That the Executive of this Slate, be and they are hereby

quiring the assent of the President of the United

States, as required by the first section of the act to

which this is an additional supplement, to appoint com-

Annapolis and Potomac Canal Company, in the man-,

ner directed by the act incorporating said company,

twenty-nine, and that so soon as the amount required

by the second and third sections of the act to which

this is an additional supplement, shall have been sub-

scribed, the subscribers, their heirs and assigns, or

Company incorporated

legal representatives, shall be and are hereby declared

to be incorporated in the manner provided by said act

Repealing clause

to which this is an additional supplement, and that all

and every part of said act to which this is an addi-

tional supplement, and of the supplement thereto pass-

ed at the last session of the General Assembly, enti-

tled, A supplement to the act incorporating the Anna-

polis and Potomac Canal Company, inconsistent with

the provisions of this act, be and the same are hereby

repealed.

CHAPTER 371.

Passed June 2,1836

A further supplement to the act, entitled, an act to In-

corporate the Baltimore and Susquehanna Rail Road

Company.

May alter location

Be it enacted by the General Jlssembly of Maryland,

That the Baltimore and Susquehanna Rail Road Com-

pany be, and they are hereby authorised to alter the

location of their road, between Baltimore antd Timoni-

um and Owing's Mills, and in making such alteration,

may have and exercise all the powers conferred by the

act of incorporation for the purpose of originally con-

structing said road.
