approve of such subscription, and shall order or direct

 

the guardian of such minor to subscribe his or her

 

estate therein to the capital stock of the said company,

 

as in their discretion and judgment the said court are

 

hereby empowered and authorised to do upon such terms

 

and conditions, and at such price or value as they may

 

approve and prescribe; and the guardian of every such

 

minor may and shall, in pursuance of such order, con-

 

vey the estate of his or her ward in the said land, for-

 

ges, mills, other improvements and their appurtenances,

 

to the said company, and accept in payment for the

 

same such amount of the capital stock of the said com-

 

pany, as the said court shall have fixed as the value of

 

the estate of such minor in the said land and premises;

 

And provided further, that the estate which every te-

might acquire in the capital stock of said company in

 

the manner hereinbefore mentioned, shall he, and con-

 

tinue precisely such as they severally and respectively

 

are or would, or might be entitled to or have in the

 

aforesaid lands and premises.

 

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That all such parts of this

ing on of mills, forges, mines or manufactories may be

 

modified or repealed by the Legislature of this State at

 

any time after thirty years from the passage of this

 

act.
