other minerals as may exist in the tract of land on

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the capital stock

 

of said company shall consist of three thousand shares

 

of one hundred dollars each, in addition to the afore-

 

said lands of said John H. Alexander and Philip T.

 

Tyson, which shall be subscribed and constitute part

 

of the capital stock or property of said company, at a.

 

price to be made known by the commissioners authoris-

 

ed to receive subscriptions to the capital stock of said

 

company, at the times of receiving such subscriptions,
