Frederick and Montgomery counties, in the State of

 

Maryland, and from their said farms in Frederick and

 

Montgomery counties, Maryland, to their said farms

 

in London county, Virginia, as often and at such times

 

as the said Dr. Thomas H. Clagett and Charles Gas-

 

saway may deem fit, solely for the cultivation and im-

 

provement of said farms; provided the said Thomas H.

Proviso

Clagett and Charles Gassaway shall comply with the

 

provisions of the latter part of the fourth section of an

 

act of Assembly, passed at December session, eighteen

 

hundred and thirty-one, chapter three hundred and

 

twenty-three.

 

CHAPTER 51.

 

An act to divorce Susan Stewart, of Charles county, from

Passed Feb, 6, 1836

her husband, John W. Stewart.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

Divorce

of Maryland, That Susan Stewart, of Charles county,

 

be and she is hereby divorced from bed, board and mu-

 

tual co-habitation with her husband, John W. Stewart.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said John

Liabilities annulled

W. Stewart shall not be liable for any debt to be here-

 

after contracted by the said Susan Stewart, aor be en-

 

titled to any property or estate which she may here-

 

after acquire, nor shall she be entitled to any property

 

which he may hereafter acquire.

 

CHAPTER 52.

 

An act to authorise Abraham Beaver, of Frederick coun-
