the marriage heretofore had and solemnized between them, is declared to he henceforth and forever null and

An act to divorce Mary Floyd, of St. Mary's county,

Passed Feb. 6, 1836

from her husband, Joseph Floyd.

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

Divorce

That Mary Floyd, be and she is hereby divorced from

 

her husband, Joseph Floyd, and the marriage hereto-

 

fore had and solemnized between them, is hereby de-

 

clared to be null and void, and the said parties are

 

hereby divorced, a vinculo matrimonii.

 

CHAPTER 48.

 

An act to divorce James Alford, of the city of Baltimore,

Passed Feb. 6, 1835

from his wife, Jane Alford.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly oj

Divorce

Maryland, That James Alford, of the city of Baltimore,

 

be and he is hereby divorced from bed, board and mu-

 

tual co-habitation with his wife, Jane Alford.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said James Al-
