Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the stock of the

dition, whether it is in fee simple, or if upon ground

 

rent to state the amount thereof, and where the proper-

 

ty is leased, to state the amount of the annual rent,

 

and what is the total amount of city and county taxes,

 

charged upon the same; and he shall also set forth the

 

extent, nature and character of all liens, judgments,

 

mortgages or incumbrances thereon, and the fair and just

 

price thereof for cash or upon a credit of six and twelve

 

months, with interest, [and shall] verify such statc-
