and Kent counties, be and the same are hereby re-

 

pealed.

 

CHAPTER 308.

 

An act to Incorporate the Potomac *Parilin Company.

Passed April 2,1836

WHEREAS, sundry persons have purchased the estate in St. Mary's county, generally known as Piney Point, lying on the river Potomac, with the view of making said estate a place of resort during the sum-
