same name shall have succession, and shall he able to

 

sue and be sued, implead and be impleaded, answer and

 

defend, and be answered and be defended, in all courts of

 

law and equity of this State or elsewhere, and to make

renew at pleasure, and also to do all acts which shall

 

be necessary for conducting the concerns of said cor-

 

poration, not being contrary to this act, or the consti-

 

tution and laws of this State or of the United States.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the capital stock
