SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That at any time after the end of the year eighteen hundred and fifty six, it shall be lawful for the Legislature to alter, modify, or repeal, all or any of the provisions of this act.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

said court to one of said judges for such period or

ing such times as in that behalf shall be assigned for

 

the hearing of equity cases, and generally for the de-

 

spatch of al] equity business, and also for the hearing

 

of appeals from judgments of justices of the peace.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That instead of eight
