present capital stock of the company now paid in, es-

 

timating therein all the assets of the company; which

they shall certify Binder their hands, to the said Presi-

 

dent and Directors, for the purposes of the preceding

 

section; And in the discharge of this duty the said ap-

 

praisers shall have, at all times when required by them,

 

access to the books and papers of said company: And

 

before proceeding to make the said valuation to ap-

 

praisers, shall make the following oath or affirmation:

 

I, A. B. do solemnly swear, or affirm, that I will truly

papers of the Baltimore Fire Insurance Company, and

 

certify to the President and Directors thereof, to the

 

best of my skill and judgment, the true and actual

 

value of the capital stock of said company, which cer-

 

tificate when returned under oath as aforesaid, shall be

SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That separate stock lists

SEC. 12. And! be it enacted, That no director of any

SEC. 13. And be it enacted, That every member of
