THOMAS W. VEAZEY, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR,

1835.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the trustees of

 

Berlin Academy aforesaid, are hereby authorised and

hereinbefore mentioned and the said James Dirickson

 

and William Holland, to execute to the said James

 

Dirickson and William Halland, a good and sufficient

responsibility whatsoever devolving upon them, under

 

and by virtue of the trust hereinbefore named.

 

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the Trustees of

aforesaid, shall proceed to vest said money in stocks

 

yielding six per cent per annum, or to loan the same

 

upon good and sufficient security, real or personal, and

to vest as aforesaid all such funds as may come, here-

 

after into their hands from any bonds mortgages or

 

other evidences of debt to them transferred as afore-

 

said by the same James Dirickson and William Hol-

 

land.

 

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the trustees of
