good and sufficient deed of bargain and sale to the pur-

 

chaser or purchasers, his, her or their heirs and as-

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the proceeds arising

Sec. 8, And be it enacted, That the commissioners

reception of the poor, they shall deliver the same to
