1835.

ting a bridge across Law's Thoroughfare, in said county, and if they shall find said claim just and reasonable, they are hereby authorised and directed to levy such sum as they may deem just and reasonable, on the assessable property of said county, for the use of said Alexander Donoho, which shall be collected and paid over to the said Donoho, by the collector of said county, as other county charges are levied and paid over.

An act for the relief of Thomas Carbett, of Washington

Passed Mar.24, 1836

County.

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

Insolvent laws extended to

That the County Court of Washington county, be, and

 

they are hereby authorised and empowered to grant to

 

Thomas Carbett, of Washington county, the benefit of

 

the several acts of Assembly, passed for the relief of

 

Insolvent Debtors; Pro-vided, the said Thomas Carbett

 

shall in all respects, except that of proving residence,

 

comply with the requisitions of said acts of Assembly,

 

and that he satisfy the said court that he did not

 

come into this State, with the view of obtaining the

 

benefit of said law.

 

CHAPTER 198.

 

An act for the relief of Robert A. Farrell and Edward

Passed Mar.24, 1836

Stiff, of the City of Baltimore.

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

Insolvent laws ex-tended to

That the commissioners of Insolvent Debtors, for the

 

city of Baltimore, be, and they are hereby authorised

 

and empowered to grant to Robert A. Farrell and Ed-

 

ward Stiff, of the city of Baltimore, the benefit of the

 

several acts of Assembly, passed for the relief of In-

 

solvent Debtors; Provided, the said Robert A. Farrell

 

and Edward Stiff shall in all respects, except that of

 

proving residence, comply with the requisitions of said
