SEC. 3. Jlnd be it enacted, That as soon as the afor-

sident, managers and company of the Cumberland

 

turnpike road, be and they are hereby clothed and in-

 

vested with all and singular the rights, privileges,

the portions thereof, altered as aforesaid, as they ori-

 

ginally held, used, possessed and enjoyed, under and

 

by virtue of the said acts of Assembly, and the several

 

supplements thereto, at any time since the said road

 

was first made and completed.

 

CHAPTER 187.

 

An act to divorce Elizabeth Silratt, of the city of Bal-

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Divorce

Maryland, That Elizabeth Silratt, of the city of Bal-

 

timore, be and she is hereby divorced, a mensaet thoro,

 

from her husband, Henry Silratt.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Henry

Liabilities, &c, annulled

Silratt, by virtue of his marriage with the said Eliza-

 

beth Silratt, shall not be authorised to have or claim

 

any right, title or interest in the estate, real, person-

 

al or mixed, of the said Elizabeth Silratt, that shall

 

be acquired by her after the passage of this act, nor

 

shall the said Elizabeth Silratt be entitled in any man-
