An act to divorce Elizabeth Baker, of the City of Anna-

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That Elizabeth Baker, of the City of An-

 

napolis, be and she is hereby divorced from bed, board

 

and mutual cohabitation with her husband William Ba-

 

ker;

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said William Ba-

right or interest in the estate, real, personal or mixed,

or mixed, of the said William Baker, whether acquir-

 

ed in any manner whatever, after the passage of this

SEC. S. And be it enacted, That the aforesaid Eli-
