CHAP. 133.

A supplement to an act, entitled, an act to lay out and

open a new Road in Frederick and Baltimore Coun-

 

ties, passed at December session eighteen hundred and

 

thirty two, chapter twenty three.

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

 

That the commissioners of Baltimore county are here-

 

by authorised and required to receive, examine, and

 

audit the account of Alexander Gellis, and Greenbury

A. Gellis and G. Shepleys accounts

Shepley, two of the commissioners named in the act to

 

which this is a supplement, for work done in survey-

 

ing, locating, and opening the Road mentioned in said

 

act, and to allow them the whole, or such part thereof

 

as they may think just and proper; provided, the said

 

account be proved and authenticated according to the

 

provisions of the act to which this is a supplement, and

 

the necessary sum to pay the same be levied and col-

 

lected as provided for in said act.

 

CHAPTER 133.

 

A supplement to an act, entitled, an act for the regulation

Passed Mar.16, 1836

and improvement of the Village of Denton, in Caro-

 

line County, and for other purposes, passed at Decem-

 

ber seseion eighteen hundred and twenty-six, chapter

 

one hundred and six.

 
   

WHEREAS, it is represented to this General Assem-

bly by the petition of sundry citizens of the Village of

 

Denton and its vicinity, that they wish the act to which

 

this is a supplement so modified as to extend to the

 

members of Washington Lodge No. fifty nine, the full

 

controle over the said lodge room or rooms in said

 

Village; provided, the said members of said lodge shall

 

hereafter return their present charter to the grand

 

lodge of this State, as are now given to the commis-

 

sioners of said Village, by the second section of the

 

act to which this is a supplement: — Therefor.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That from and after the passage of this
