CHAPTER 105.

 

Ati act to divorce Abraham Reever, of Frederick county,

Passed Mar. 13,1836

from his wife, Catharine Reever.

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

Divorce

That Abraham Reever, be and he is hereby divorced

 

from his wife, Catherine Reever, and the marriage

 

heretofore had and solemnised between them, is hereby

 

declared to be null and void, and the said parties are

 

hereby divorced, a vinculo matrimoniii

 

CHAPTER 106.

 

An act to divorce Sarah Satterfield, of Caroline county,

Passed Mar.10, 1836

from her husband James Satterfield.

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

Divorce

That Sarah Satterfield, of Caroline county, be hence-

 

forth divorced from her husband, James Satterfield, and

 

the marriage heretofore had and solemnized between

 

them is declared to be henceforth and forever null and

 

void, and they are hereby declared to be mutually re-

 

leased from all and every duty and obligation, benefit

 

and advantage growing out and in consequence of the

 

said marriage, and the said Sarah Satterfield is here-

 

by declared to be divorced, a vinculo matrimonii.

 

CHAPTER 107.

 

A supplement to the act establishing the Baltimore City

Passed Mar. 7, 1836

Guards.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That before any officer of the Baltimore
