RESOLUTIONS.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the governor of this state, be requested to transmit a copy

 

of this report and resolutions, to his excellency the gover-

 

nor of Virginia, to be laid before the legislature of the said

 

common wealth.

 

No. 129.

Passed Mar. 14,1832

Resolution in favor of William M'Neir, for extra Printing.

 

Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore, pay

 

to William M'Neir, the sum of thirty eight dollars and for-

 

ty cents, for extra printing for the use of the Senate.

 

No. 130.

Passed Mar. 14 1832

Resolution in favor of William Riley and others, securities

 

for Cord Hazard, late collector of Worcester county.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

William Riley, Henry Franklin, sen. Peter Lister and Za-

 

dock Powell, all of Worcester county, securities of Cord

 

Hazard, former collector of the said county, be, and they

 

are hereby severally released from the payment of such

 

part of the interest which became due (on a debt due to the

 

state on a bond executed by virtue of an act of eighteen

 

hundred and twenty -two, chapter one hundred and thirty-

 

nine,) from the time when judgment was rendered in their

 

favour in the county court, to the time, when after the deci-

 

sion of the court of appeals, judgment was rendered against

 

them on a procedendo to the said county court.

Passed Mar. 6,1832

Resolution in favor of the Members of the Senate and

 

Members of the House of Delegates.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the

 

treasurer of the western shore, pay to the Honorable John

 

B. Morris, the sum of seventeen dollars, the amount due

 

him for itinerant charges; and to each member of the Senate

 

and House of Delegates and their officers who may be pre-

 

sent, the per diem allowance to which they are respectively

 

entitled, since the closing of the journal of accounts, up to

 

the 16th instant inclusive.
