RESOLUTIONS.

1831.

present session on that subject, they have contracted with

 

William McNeir, to execute the printing which may be re-
quired by the Senate, and with Jeremiah Hughes, to exe-

 

cute the printing which may be required by the House of

 

Delegates, for the ensuing year.

 

The terms on which they have contracted with them re-

 

spectively, are the same with those on which the printing

 

of the present session has been executed, that is to say,

 

per page.

 

For bills 111 copies, . . $1 00

 

For documents and pamphlets, plain, 111 copies, 1 00

 

For broadsides, 1 1 1 copies, . . 8 00

 

Journals, 1600 copies, . . . 200

 

Laws, 1600 copies, . . . . 2 50

 

The work and papers not to be inferior to that of the

 

present session: the committee also recommend the passage

 

of the following resolution.

 

Resolved, That the governor and council, be, and they

 

are hereby authorised to settle the accounts of Jeremiah

 

Hughes, and William M'Neir, for printing the laws and

 

journals so soon after each session, as they shall respective-

 

ly deliver the copies contracted for according to the fore-

 

going terms.

Resolution in favor of William Hughlett.

Passed Feb. 14,1832

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the

 

treasurer of the western shore, pay William Hughlett, or

 

to his order, four dollars, for so much due to him on the

 

journal of December session, 1817.

 

No. 114.

 

Resolution relative to paying the Funeral expenses of Dr.

Passed Mar. 14, 1832

Taney.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
treasurer of the western shore, be, and he is hereby author-

 

ised and directed to pay to James A. D. Dalrymple, or or-

 

der, the sum of two hundred and ninety -three dollars, and
