Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
treasurer of the western shore, pay to Levin D. Collier, or

to his order, the sum of thirty-five dollars, being amount of
|
 
|
his account for provision and forage furnished to the militia
|
 
|
in Somerset and Worcester counties, in October last.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the

treasurer of the western shore, pay to Fielding Lucas,
|
 
|
Junior, or to his order, the sum of three hundred and
|
 
|
seventy-nine dollars and forty-eight cents, for a balance due
|
 
|
to him for books furnished to the state library.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

Jonathan Kershner, of Hagers Town, Washington county,

Maryland, and James P. Bayles, of Baltimore city, be, and
|
 
|
they are severally released from any further payment to the
|
 
|
state of Maryland, on a recognizance to said state, entered
into by the said Jonathan and James, on the fourteenth day
|
 
|
of May, eighteen hundred and thirty, before Thomas P.
|
 
|
Bayles, a justice of the peace of the city of Baltimore.
