RESOLUTIONS.

 

land granted by said resolution, to be located to the west-

 

ward of Fort Cumberland, be, and the same is hereby re-

 

pealed.

Passd Feb.13,1832

Resolution in favor of the heirs of George Ireland, deceased.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That so

 

much of the resolution in favour of the heirs of George Ire-

 

land, a revolutionary soldier, passed at December session,

 

eighteen hundred and twenty-eight, number fifty-five, as re-

 

quires the land granted by said resolution to be located to

 

the west of Fort Cumberland, be, and the same is hereby

 

repealed.

Passed Feb 20,183:

Resolution in favor of Henry Korns, and Moses H. Lau-

 

than.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the executive deliver to Henry Korns and Moses H. Lau-

 

than, of the Town of Cumberland, in Allegany county or

 

to their order, one piece of six pound iron ordnance, with

 

carriage, limbers, and the accoutrements belonging thereto,

 

upon their giving bond approved by the governor and coun-

 

cil conditioned for the sale keeping, and return of the same

 

to the city of Annapolis, when required by the executive.

Passed Feb.21,1832

Resolution requiring the Armorer to deliver to Captain

 

Charles R. Steuart, certain Rifles, &c.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the armorer, at Annapolis, be, and he is hereby required to

 

deliver to Captain Charles R. Stewart, of Anne Arundel

 

county, a number not exceeding sixty rifles, with appropri-

 

ate accoutrements which the said armorer may select, on his

 

giving security for the safe keeping, and return of the same

 

as the governor and council may require.
