tod the resolution of eighteen hundred and twenty-eight,
number fifty. seven, including thirty- five thousand, four hun-
dred and thirty-six dollars thirty cents, received from that
source, and disbursed the current expenses of the govern-
ment, that event shall forthwith he made known by the said
treasurer, to the inspectors of tobacco in the said ware-
houses, and thereupon the charge for cooperage, shall be
by them thenceforth discontinued, excepting in cases of
redrawing, when fifty cents shall be charged per hogshead
for such service.

Resolution in favour of William W. Higgins.
|
Passed Feb.2, 1832
|
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
treasurer of the western shore, be, and he is hereby direct-
ed to pay to William W. Higgins, or order, the sum of nine
dollars and seventy-two cents, out of any money in the
treasury not otherwise appropriated.

Resolution in favor of Leah Winbrough, widow of Tho-
mas P. Winbrough, a Revolutionary Soldier.

Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore, pay
to Leah Winbrough, widow of Thomas P. Winbrough, a

soldier of the revolutionary war, or to her order, during
her: widowhood, in half yearly payments, a sum of money
equal to the half pay of a private, in consideration of the
|
 
|
services oi her husband during said war.
