An act to establish a Bank, and incorporate a company, un-

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-

land, That a bank, to be called and known by the name of
|
 
|
the Commercial Bank of Millington, in Kent county, and
|
 
|
that all persons who may become stockholders in the Com-
|
