An act for the relief Charles Bunting, of Montgomery

Levy authorised.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the levy court of Montgomery qounty, is hereby authorised

 

and required to levy on the assessable property of said

 

county for the use of Charles Bunting, such sum of money,

 

not exceeding thirty dollars, as the said court shall, under

 

all circumstances of the case, believe the said Bunting is

 

justly entitled to, for for taken of him for a public road in
