An act to regulate the sales of real estate by Collectors of '
Taxes in the several Counties aud Cities in this State.

Passed Feb.10,1832

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly oj Ma-
ryland, That and from and after the passage of this act, it i
shall and may be lawful for the owner or owners, their
heirs, executors or administrators, or any person in their
behalf, whose land or other real estate may have been sold
under execution for taxes in the several counties and cities
of this State, except Allegany county and all that part of
Baltimore county which is out of the limits of the city of
Baltimore, at any time within twelve months from the day
