CHAPTER 26.
An Act to alter the location of the Election Districts in
Harford County therein mentioned.

Be it enacted by the. General Assembly of Maryland,
That that part of Harford county which lies between Deer
creek and the road that leads on the southern side of said
creek, from William Willson's mill-dam by Joshua Hus-
band's tan-yard, to Priestford Bridge, shall henceforth cease
to be included in the second and third election districts,
and the same is hereby declared to be included in, and
made part of, the fifth election distiict in said county.

CHAPTER 27.
An Act to prevent Bullet-playing in and near to Mid~
diet own, in Frederick County.

bullets

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for any person to
play at long bullets in Middletown, in Frederick county,
or on any public road in said county, leading to said town,
and within one mile thereof, and if any person shall offend
against the provisions of this act, he shall forfeit and pay a
sum not exceeding five dollars, to be recovered in the name
of the state of Maryland before a justice'ot the peace, one
half of which shall be paid to the trustees of the public
school in said town for the education of poor children, for

the benefit of said school, and the other half to the inform-
er; Provided however, that this act shall not be in force
until the first day of May next.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the act, entitled, An
act to prevent bullet-playing in Middletown, in Frederick
county, passed at Dece mber session eighteen hundred and
twenty-nine, be and the same is hereby repealed.
