A Resolution relative to Charles County Free School Fund.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the western shore be authorised and re-
quired to invest annually, the amount which may be in each
and every year, to the credit of Charles county free school
fund, above the sum of six hundred dollars.

A Resolution relative to the Free Schools Fund.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the western shore be required to place to
the credit of the free schools fund, and distribute and pay
as part thereof, all receipts into the treasury in virtue of
the twenty ninth section of the act of December session
eighteen hundred and twenty-nine, chapter eighty-four,
entitled, An act to incorporate a bank to be called by the
name of The Bank of Salisbury,

A Resolution in favour of Doctor Thomas Tillotson, who
was a Surgeon in the Revolutionary War.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore pay
to Doctor Thomas Tillotson, of Rhinebeck county, state of
New York, or to his order, during life, in half yearly pay-
ments, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a surgeon,
as a further remuneration for his services during the revo-
lutionary war.
