ty, Kentucky, or to each of their respective orders, during
life, in half yearly payments, a sum of money equal to the
half pay of lieutenants, as a further remuneration for their
services during the revolutionary war.

A Resolution in favour of Elizabeth J. Waters, Widow of
Richard Waters, a Captain during the Revolutionary
War.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the western shore pay to Elizabeth J. Wa-
ters, or to her order, during life, in quarter yearly pay-
ments, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a captain,
in consideration of the services of her husband, captain
Richard Waters, during the revolutionary war.

A Resolution authorising the Treasurer of the Western
Shore to pay to Henry Harding, for the use of Mary
Wheelan, the balance of the pension due Joseph Clewly.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore be and
he is hereby directed, to pay to Henry Harding, or order,
for the use of Mary Whelan, (the legal heir of Joseph
Clewly,) the sum of eleven dollars and eleven cents, be-
ing the balance due the said Joseph Clewly, late a pension-
er of the state of Maryland, who was placed on the pen-
sion list by a resolution of said state.
