Repeal.

Sec. 13. And be it enacted, That any thing in the said
original act to which this is a supplementary act, as relates
to Kent county, which is repugnant to, or inconsistent
with, the provisions of this act, shall be and the same is
hereby repealed.

An Act to establish the width of Orleans-Street in the
City of Baltimore.

Proviso
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That all that part of Orleans-street lying befween Aisquith
and Forest-streets, he and the same is hereby established
of the width of thirty-five feet, measuring from the pre-
sent north side thereof; Provided, the mayor and city
council of Baltimore approve of the said establishment,
and the owner or owners of any property lying within the
lines of the said street as herein established, make a ces-
sion thereof to the said mayor and city council, in such
manner as they may direct, for the purpose of a public
highway.

An Act relating to Cromwells Bridge in Baltimore
County.

&c,
|
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the commissioners of Baltimore county
shall, during; the month of April next, appoint three free-
holders of said county as supervisors, whose duty it shall
be to examine the situation of said bridge, and to de-
cide whether the same can be repaired, or whether it will
be necessary to erect a new one, and to ascertain, by ad-
vertising for proposals to perform the work and for esti-
mates of the cost of labour and materials, and by such
other means as they deem advisable, the amount that will
be necessary, agreeably to their decision, to repair or re-
build the said bridge; and the said supervisors, or a majo-
rity of them, shall certify to the commissioners aforesaid
