by the said Rebecca Vickars prior to. or to be acquired by
her after the passage of this act, nor shall the said Rebecca
be entitled in any manner to have or claim any right, title
or interest, in the estate real, personal or mixed, of the said
William W. Vickars. whether acquired by the snid Wil-
liam prior to, or to be acquired by him after the passage of
this act.

A Supplement fo an act, entitled. An art supplementa-
ry to an act for the opening of Pratt street, passed
at December Session eighteen hundred and twenty-
eighty chapter eighty-eight.

sions made ap-
plicable.

Be it enacted by the. General Assembly of Maryland,
That the provisions contained in the eighth and ninth sec-
tions of the act to which this is a supplement, he and the
same is hereby made applicable to all the wharves be-
longing to the state, and connected with the state tobacco
warehouses in the city of Baltimore.

An Act to confirm the Proceedings of certain Commis-
sioners, and extend the time for making a Road in
Baltimore County.

confirmed.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the proceedings and decision of the commissioners of
Baltimore county, upon the application of sundry citizens
to open a new road from Sandy Mount on the Reisters-
Town Turnpike Road, to Eldersburg, on the Liberty
Road be and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed,
notwithstanding the said road was not completed and ren-
dered passable within the time prescribed by law, there-
fore the snid commissioners for Baltimore county are here-
by authorised and required, to allow the further time of
twelve montns from the passage of this act to complete the
