An Act to lay out and bound the Limits of the Village
of Greensboroiigh, in Caroline County.

Be it enacted by the Genenl Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of tte village of Greensborough,
appointed by the provisions rf an act passed at December
session eighteen hundred and twenty-nine, chapter twenty
three, be and the same are hereby fully authorised and em-
powered to survev, lav out and affix, boundaries to the said
village; Provided, the sad limits shall not exceed two
hundred acres of land.

An Act to con firm the Proceedings of Nicholas Norris,
of Baltimore County, acting as a Justice of the
Peace for said County in the years eighteen hundred
and twenty-nine aid eighteen hundred and thirty.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the proceedings of Nicholas Norris of said county,
in taking the acknowledgment of a deed from John Gla-
zier a revolutionary soldier, as also a deed of mortgage at
or about the same time to the said Glazier, be and the same
are hereby confirmed and made valid, and in as full force
and virtue in law as if the said Nicholas Norris had been
in commission at the time of his acting as such, any thing
to the contrary notwithstanding.
