The Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for making a
survey of the counties of Allegany and Garrett.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill entitled an Act to continue in force the Act
to incorporate the Maryland Tract Society.

Endorsed, ''Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill entitled an Act for the better protection of
persons and property in Baltimore county.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill entitled an Act to prevent the concealment,
defacement or erasure of the names of owners from peach or
other fruit baskets, boxes or crates.

Endorsed, ''Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to enable the Faculty of Physic of the University of
Maryland, to build a Hospital, and to appropriate a sum of
money to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Balti-
more, and a sum of money to the Hebrew Hospital of Balti-
more.

Endorsed, "Read a third time and passed by yeas and
nays."

The Senate bill entitled an Act to change the name of the
South Baltimore Chemical Works, to that of the Chappell
Chemical and Fertilizer Company.

Endorsed, "Read a third time and passed by yeas and
nays."

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal certain sections of
Article IV. of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to
"Courts," and section 1 of chapter 6 of the Acts of 1864,
relating to the Superior Court and to the Court of Common
Pleas, in Baltimore city, and section 6 of chapter 401 of the
Acts of 1867, entitled an Act to establish another Court for
the city of Baltimore, and to substitute the following in lieu
thereof.

Endorsed, "Read a third time and passed by yeas and

nays."

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 469 of the
Act of 1864, chapter 328, title "Live Stock," and to re-enact
the same as amended.

With the following proposed amendment:
