Amend by striking out "twenty-five," in line 80, and in-
serting "thirty."

Which was adopted.

Mr. Earle submitted the following amendment :

Under the head of "Schools," strike out from the word
"dollars," in line 84 1/2, to the end of section.

Amend by adding, ''and to the Church Home and Infirm-
ary of Baltimore city, two thousand dollars."

Which was adopted.
Also, the following:

Section 1, line 122, insert after the word "dollars," "to
John Sands and Daniel Davis, the sum of six hundred dol-
lars each, making twelve hundred dollars, for services ren-
dered as night watchmen at the State House, for the years
1871 and 1872, and not provided for in the appropriation
bills of 1870."
