Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Mr. Fields moved to reconsider the vote by which the
Senate bill in relation to the subscription by Charles county,
to the capital stock of the Southern Maryland Kail Road
Company, failed to pass.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Phelps, from Committee on Internal Improvements,
reported favorably

The House bill providing for the passage of Locomotives,
Cars, Passengers and Freights over connecting Rail Roads in
this State.

Which was read the second time.

The House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Mary-
land Canal Company,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
