The House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact sec-
tion 7 of the Act of 1870, chapter 80, entitled an Act to amend
the Act of 1853, chapter 194, entitled an Act to incorporate
the Baltimore and Potomac Rail Road Company, and to re-
peal the second section of the Act of 1860, chapter 71, and to
extend the time for tire completion of the Baltimore and Po-
tomac Rail Road.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

The House bill entitled an Act to enlarge the powers of
the Trustees of Huntingdon Chapel, in Baltimore county,
in relation to the holding of property, the said Trustees of
Huntingdon Chapel, having been incorporated for religious
purposes under an Act of the General Assembly of the State
of Maryland, passed at December Session, 1846, chapter 323,
entitled an Act to authorize incorporations in certain cases.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

The House bill entitled an Act ceding to the United States
of America, the jurisdiction over certain lands in Prince
George's county, awarded by the United States, and consti-
tuting the site of Fort Washington, and also over lands that
may hereafter be conveyed to the United States,"adjoining
thereto, for military and naval purposes, and which are here-
in described.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Federal Relations.

The House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Citizens'
Gas Company of Baltimore.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

The House bill entitled au Act relating to County Com-
missioners in Baltimore county.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Davis, Stevens and Billingsley.

The House bill entitled an Act authorizing the Trustees of
the Wiseburg Church, to sell and convey certain real estate.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

The House bill entitled au Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay the claims of Findlay, Roberts & Company,
and others.

Which, was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.
