The Senate bill authorizing the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore, to sell or lease part of the State Hay Scale Lot, in
said city.

Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to Thomas Clag-
gett and others, certain monies erroneously paid into the
Treasury.

Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill relating to elections, in Harford county.

Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill authorizing the Police Commissioners of
Baltimore city, to erect Station Houses, in said city.

Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Baltimore and Drum Point Rail Road.

Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill relating to the taking of Fish, in the waters
of Moni Bay, in Somerset county.

Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate Joint Resolutions, in relation to .Fenian Pri-
soners.

"Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate Joint, Resolutions, relating to the Easton
Shore Rail Road Company.

Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill to enable the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore, to subscribe to the capital stock of the Washing-
ton City and Point Lookout Rail Road Company, with the
following proposed amendments :

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Section 1, line o, strike out the words "two hundred and
fifty," and insert "five hundred."

Section 1, line 4, after the word "Company," insert "and
the Southern Maryland Rail Road Company."

Amend the title by striking out "two hundred and fifty,"
and inserting "five hundred," also, by inserting after the
word "Company," the words "and the Southren Maryland
Rail Road Company."

Which were concurred in, and the bill passed by yeas and
nays as follows:
