House bill entitled au Act to provide for maintaining
and keeping in repair the Public Roads in Anne Arundel
county, and to repeal the Act passed at January Session,
1870, chapter 192.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Tuck,
Brattan and Earle.

Also,

House bill entitled a supplement to au Act to incorpo-
rate a Company to make a Turnpike Road'from Hagerstown,
in Washington county, to the Town of Sharpsburg.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Clag-
gett, Crawford and Phelps.

The House bill for the relief of Rebecca Cresap, by refund-
ing State and county taxes erroneously paid,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
