Section 4, line 6, strike out "one hundred dollars," and in-
sert "two hundred dollars."

Which was rejected.

Mr. Steiner submitted the following amendment:

Between the words ''increased" and "largely," insert "or
diminished."

Which was rejected.

Mr. Tuck submitted the following amendment:

After word "judgment," in line 5, section 35, insert, "and
that I will not either directly or indirectly make any profit
of the money collected by me, by the use thereof in any
manner whatever."

Which was adopted.

Mr. Steiner submitted the following amendment:

Section 38, line 4, strike out "from any Port, of the State."

Which was rejected.

Mr. Tuck submitted the following amendment:

Section 72, 6th line, after the word "bond," insert, "ac-
companying the same by a substantial statement of the
amount demanded."

Which was adopted.
